By purchasing from Arcane Alchemy, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not meet the criteria stated below.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your experience with Arcane Alchemy. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns:
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Each item is made in small batches with care, and due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

You receive the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged or defective

Your package was lost in transit (as verified by the carrier and after a formal claim process).
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at janell@arcanealchemycreations.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging to assess and validate the issue.
Upon approval, we may issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the damage.

Lost Packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us -- we may initiate a claim with the shipping provider. Verified lost packages may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
